Wouldn’t it make sense to unify the setup of number formatting?
\setupunits is good, but it doesn’t affect \digits or \spaceddigits.
\setdigitmode and \setdigitorder affect \digits, but not \spaceddigits.
Similar problem: The spreadsheet module has the keys "period" and
"comma" to change number formatting, but it simply replaces all periods
with commas, also in text.
(Probably nobody uses that module, so it probably doesn’t make sense to
invest time, but since I tried to use it, I wanted to mention that issue.)
