Maybe long ago there were stubs but because in tex live they keep adding
scripts and we don't knwo where/when names will clash, at some point i
ditched all stubs except 'context' and 'mtxrun' so that there can be no
(future) conflicts which means that one starts with "mtxrun --script
foo" which will do a lookup (in mkii texmfstart does something similar).
Could you try a fresh install, please?
(You can backup your current context-osx-arm64 directory by renaming it to
"context-osx-arm64.safe" and just rename back again to restore.)
