Thank you for your response. In short, it was very informative and encouraging.
I'll create a document, which will try to describe the real-world flow when dealing with documents:
* Why headings are important and how screen reader features play together with them.
* Why alternative descriptions for images are 99.9999999% useless and how to deal with them.
* The case for tabulated data and limits of human context perception, and of course how to deal wiht htem.
As a side note: I created a Neovim plugin to escape hte hell of VS Code, for which I used to create a screen reader plugin. Ergonomics is something I enjoy and practice - using a Kinesis split keyboard, Context for all my professional document needs, and other things.
If people knew what a mess are top websites to navigate and use, PDF tagging would be like a walk in the park. ;)
Best,
Pawel
