Hi,

I tried to compile that by doing
        cd .../doc/context/sources/general/manuals/math
        context math-mkiv.tex
and after some chugging away, context said
tex error > tex error on line 370 in file
/usr/local/context/tex/texmf-context/doc/context/sources/general/manuals/math/math-spacing.tex:

applied and how
361 advanced stepwise kerns are used, but not many fonts have
extensive information.
362 Here are some differences in rendering. In \OPENTYPE\ the
super- and subscript of
363 an integral are moved right and left half of the italic
correction.

supposed to be
Sorry, but I can't typeset math unless various parameters have been
set. This is
normally done by loading special math fonts into the math family slots.
Your font
set is lacking at least the parameter mentioned earlier.

Assuming (*cough*) that I should be able to somehow compile this in the
ConTeXt standalone distribution, can someone please
(a) tell me whether there is a document somewhere telling me how I should
have tried to compile this, or
(b) tell me what command I should have used to compile this, or
(c) confirm that there is something missing/broken/... in the current
stand-alone distribution which prevents mere mortals from compiling
    this?

Or perhaps the real answer is that I want to look at
   .../doc/context/documents/general/manuals/mathincontext-paper.pdf
and not at the manual in .../doc/context/sources/general/manuals/math ?

Thanks very much.

                                Jim
