That's very harsh to us ConTeXt users who use plain TeX. (All 17 of us!)
Oh, the secret sub-user group. But you can actrually run plain with
mtxrun --script plain [--make] ...
if needed but of course you knew that already.
Among the many things that I didn't know, that would be yet another.
Sometimes I forget things so there is more room to learn things again.
You could have guessed ... how else can we test plain with luatex.
