the solution for the inclusion is in
\startMPenvironment
\stopMPenvironment
when this becomes a module, one can best append the code loading to
\everyMPTEXgraphic
as in
\appendtoks
\usemodule[...]%
\to \everyMPTEXgraphic
so that it will not clash with user defined environments and/or inclusions
