This should work:

\usetypescript[modern]
\usetypescript[times][ec]

\definetypeface[MyFace][rm][serif][times][default][encoding=ec]
\definetypeface[MyFace][mm][math][modern][default][encoding=ec]

\setupbodyfont[MyFace,12pt]
