Suprisingly sans is also missing! I thought that \definefontstyle can
also be seen by style=... but that is not the case.
\setuphead [title] [textstyle=sans]
\title{Test}
So, can we also have
\definealternativestyle [\v!sans,\v!sansserif] [\ss] []
