Hi,
the labels for figures, tables etc. will change with your current
main language in the document.
\mainlanguage[cn]
\starttext
\placefigure{Caption}{Figure}
\stoptext
will use the chinese label for the figures.
You can also define additional labels for other languages
if there is no predefined for you.
You can look into lang-chi.tex and lang-jap.tex for the definitions
for chinese and japanese.
