Hi,
for fine-tuning the TOC I use e.g. ...
\writebetweenlist [section] {\def\TOCstyle{\switchtobodyfont[9pt]
\setupinterlinespace[line=11.15pt]}}
... for adjusting the vertical space and thus the page breaks.
Is is possible to do something similar to the register?
