this is the result from the trep feature; ok, i can provide a switch to 
turn it off (i might do that at some point for each feature, something 
\disablefeature[name]) but not now

two solutions:

(1) use tt (since there trep is off)

(2) reload the bodyfont

\definefontfeature
   [default]
   [default]
   [trep=no]

\setupbodyfont[reset]
