I tried the second. The shell variable $HOMETEXMF is not set on my
system, thus I tried putting t-letterhead.tex in the same directory
and also in /usr/share/texmf/tex/context/third. When trying to
generate I get:
! Undefined control sequence.
l.5 \addressee
{Prof.\crlf
What is going wrong?
