One more hint: Aditya and I have been working on a module for presentations. The code is not 100 % finished, but it works very well (I have been using it for my own slides the entire semester, you can see the finished pdfs here: http://www.uni-bonn.de/www/Philologie/Personal/Schmitz/Dateien.html ). There are lots of different styles and a unified interface for using them. The main focus is on easy placement of text and pictures and a nice, sober look. What it lacks right now is documentation, but we're working on it. The module is in a git repository, so if you're interested, drop me a line, and I'll give you the link. (Aditya, I hope you don't mind this plug, but we were going to release soon anyway, right?)
