Thank you, Hans. But my argument for default Times (or other font)
is that it supports Cyrillic, while LM does not.
We hat this topic a while ago and Hans suggested one should
write a mail to the Latin Modern team to include cyrillic.
Using Times as default font is no option.
I think that Cyrillic users deserve to be able write something like
\starttext
Привет мир! (Hello World)
\stoptext
and get right output with no setup.
My another question remains: how to use other Gyre fonts in most
simple way?
See below, a few fonts are missing but I will provide the typescripts
and
send it to Hans.
% Palatino
\usetypescript[palatino]
\setupbodyfont[palatino]
% Times
\usetypescript[times]
\setupbodyfont[times]
or
\usetypescript[postscript]
\setupbodyfont[postscript]
% Helvetica
\usetypescript[postscript]
\setupbodyfont[postscript,ss]
% Courier
\usetypescript[postscript]
\setupbodyfont[postscript,tt]
