This code (t-lilypond.tex at line 289) works now for me:

'\tmpdir/\lily!filename.tmp') }

\executesystemcommand{\LP} % compile LilyPond
\executesystemcommand{\PDF} % convert EPS to PDF
\directlua{ os.remove('\lily!img') } % new
\directlua{ os.rename('\tmpdir/\lily!filename.pdf', '\lily!img') }
Is it possible to get these two lines (or some better code) into
t-lilypond.tex
to get it working for Windows?
