I still need the "\setcatcodetable\prtcatcodes" in the following example.
Is this the right way to do such things in the future or only a temporary
workaround?
\unprotect
\def\...@bla{sec title}
\def\mysection{{\setcatcodetable\prtcatcodes\section{\...@bla}}}
\protect
\starttext
\mySection
bla bla
\stoptext
