How can I get a diaresis in a url with \goto?
This is, what I've tried:
\setupinteraction[state=start]
\def\gotoURL#1{\tt\goto{#1}[url(#1)]}
\starttext
\gotoURL{http://test.com/test#test}
\gotoURL{http://test.com/test\#test}
\gotoURL{http://test.com/test\string#test}
\gotoURL{http://test.com/test\textdiaresis test}
\stoptext
