BTW: thanks for keeping this part open. I'm currently trying to adapt my
'codeinjection' stuff and it helps a lot, if you can do this without
patching some files. I need to insert stuff into /Info, /Catalog,
PDFpageattribute and PDFdocumentcolorspace (guess that's all).
as long as you use these interfaces and no \pdfwhatever you're safe
