\startitemize and \stopitemize inside the description definition. Then my

have it before the block, after it, but not inbetween.
Here is my minimal example that shows clearly that big skip disappears (there
is a problem with indenting too, but that's another problem):

Change location=serried to location=top. Serried ignores the inbetween
option as it does not make sense with serried.
