Normally, you would do \setupfloat[figure][after=] but that does not
seem to work very well for side floats, sorry.

Actually, I discovered from "It's in details" that
\placefigure[inner, low]{ }
is ok for my situation.
Another questions is: how to setup "low" parameter for all figures globally?
