Good idea but now there are two environment for normal paragraphs:

- \startparagraph/stopparagraph
- \bpar/\epar

Indeed, as i didn't want to use that one (yet) for tagging.

At some point luatex will open op the par related info so about that time i'll pick up this thread. For instance mkiv will carry info with a paragraph (which then can replace some of the pos related code)
