Very original: figures and table captions suddenly appear to all be numbered by chapter - meaning ALL figures of Chapter 1 are numbered Figure 1, ALL figures in Chapter 2 are numbered Figure 2, ... figures in Appendix A are numbered Figure A.
Does anyone else notice this, or do I have to come up with a minimal example?
