ConTeXt can be fetched from http://www.pragma-ade.com/download-2.htm, but if you want to update MikTeX, you are on your own. (You won't get any support about updating MikTeX to the latest version of ConTeXt. To start with, you need to figure out yourself how to update LuaTeX in MikTeX.) If you want to use the latest version of ConTeXt, consider switching to ConTeXt minimals or to TeX Live with TLContrib.
