In type-one.mkii it should have been:
\starttypescript [sans] [iwona-light] [name]
\setups[font:fallback:sans]
...
\definefontsynonym [SansCaps] [Iwona-CapsLight-Regular]
\definefontsynonym [SansItalicCaps] [Iwona-CapsLight-Italic]
Instead of just Iwona-CapsLight and Iwona-CapsLightItalic.
