You can find the links on the main wiki page. Do you mean [1]? What is the corresponding document to the current ConTeXt manual? Only `context-commands` seems to have been edited lately? Would not it be possible to still improve the current manual by fixing typos and so on. For example things like mentioning `texexec` which is outdated should *not* be updated.
