BTW, is there a difference between \startitemize[intro] and
\startitemize[autointro]?

- I tried both and both do the desired effect.

- "autointro" was your suggestion for \setupitemize whilst "intro" was option
for \startitemize...

Kind regards,

Lukas

\startitemize[intro]
   \item ...
   \item ...
   \item ...
\stopitemize

Or you can use \setupitemize[autointro]
