This works fine:
\starttext Here a type macro <\type{\abc}> \stoptext

This also:
\starttext \placetable{table \type{abc} title}{abc} \stoptext

This too:
\starttext \placetable{table \type{\blank} title}{abc} \stoptext

But this gives an error (mind the \ before abc).
\starttext \placetable{table \type{\abc} title}{abc} \stoptext

Do I misinterprete something here?
I just wanted to typeset "\abc" in the type-font.
Why is the very first \abc treated as text to typeset but requires the
placetable argument that it is an existing macro?
Or isn't this the intended behaviour?
