The error location in the log seems to be not directly related to the culprit,
because deleting some lines shifts the given linenumber that number of lines
down.
If I comment out the maps style and its macros:
\usemodule[map-se]\enablemode[nosubsub]
\startArticle[.....]
\startAbstract ... \stopAbstract
\startKeywords ... \stopKeywords
\stopArticle
then typesetting does not give the error.
The error message is:
122 \placefigure[][fig:cdtypes]{Cover types for CD}{%
<inserted text> ...ttwo ] \par \usemathcollection
no math collections in mkiv
