I tested your file and got the following error message
> tex > error on line 12 in file test-cambria-font.tex: Math error:
parameter \Umathquad\displaystyle is not set
Otherwise the text is as expected.
I am using ConTeXt from the minimals: ConTeXt ver: 2011.05.18 22:26 MKIV.
