Unrelated to arranging. In fact, we have left/right/middle styles etc
but the new code has no fallbacks, so we need to add:
\setuplayoutelement

\c!rightstyle=\layoutelementparameter\c!style,
\c!leftcolor=\layoutelementparameter\c!color,
\c!rightcolor=\layoutelementparameter\c!color,
