  \definefont[HeaderFont][Sans at 10pt]

in combination with


>  \setupheadertexts [section][pagenumber][pagenumber][chapter]

The partnumber setting is now controlled by the prefix for the pagenumber.

A better value for the style key is “style=sansbold”, “style=\ss\bf” or
