Thank you Wolfgang. I changed the algorithmic code and I from now on compile the product instead of the project (containing that one product). However, the ToC, Index and Publications have not reappeared yet. What is the context of your comment about the \placeontopofeachother bug? Is that bug in the current stable or beta version or both? As I understand it, I am still using the same stable version that I was using in May that, despite the two issues that you pointed out, was compiling satisfactorily.
