Need to be fixed by Hans, it happens when you put a note in a box
which is placed in horizontal mode.

\automigrateinserts

\setuppapersize[A6]

\starttext

\hbox{One\footnote{First note.}}

\dontleavehmode\hbox{Two\footnote{Second note.}}

\stoptext
