So far I came up with the following solution:

}

\dourl[#1]{%
\begingroup
\setupbar[%
style={\urlparameter{style}},
color={\urlparameter{color}},
]%
\from[#1]%
\endgroup
}
Is there a more natural way to make URLs appear in blue color including
underbar? Thanks.
