Here is my code for the header:
\setupheadertexts
[{\righttoleft\getmarking[chapter]}] [{\romannumerals}]
[{\pagenumber}] [{\righttoleft\getmarking[chapter]}]
Use
\setupheadertexts[pagenumber]
or
\setupheadertexts[\userpagenumber]
