First question: I am considering using endnotes in my book instead of
footnotes. There is a command \endnote, but I do not see the notes appear
anywhere in my text. What am I doing wrong?
What I tried:
\starttext
Dit is iets met een endnote.\endnote{Wat een zooi. Werkt het?}
\page
Het zou moeten werken,\endnote{Ja, toch?} want ik zie tekens in de tekst.
\stoptext
Second question: Is it possible to use endnotes as well as footnotes in the
same text?
