I don’t know one.

I guess many of us adhere to Hans’ style, as shown in the sources.

i.e. e.g.
\setupsomething
  [name]
  [key=value,
   otherkey=value]

while I prefer:

\setupsomething[name][
  key=value,
  otherkey=value,
]

That looks clearer to me and works a bit better with automatic indenting in 
editors.

But source code formatting is a matter of taste in most cases.
