[NTG-context] About texmf.cnf

Hi:

My latex-context installation have not the "texmf.cnf" file so I can�t to enable \write18 in order ti run the presentation's styles correctly. Is this a problem of my system? If the "texmf.cnf" must be on my PC, where could I get it, please?
