[NTG-context] ConTeXt or Omega?

(BI know that some people are using ConTeXt with Omega.  What's the benefit to
(Busing Omega instead of a native ConTeXt module?  Is it better to develop
(BConTeXt's language handling capablilities (as with the Chinese package) or
(Buse Omega OTPs?
