Hello again! I got trouble with the editor of the book I'm working on: The chapters have titles and subtitles, but in the t.o.c. must be something other than at the chapter beginning and in the header.
e.g. ToC: Preface by Mister Miller Chapter: Preface\crlf A stupid text Header: Preface I know \nomarking and \nolist, but is there a "\listonly" or like that?
