I have uploaded a packed set of new binaries for win32 (they might even
hold the current e-Omega if anybody is interested in it).
They are available at :
ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/standalone/binaries-latest-win32.zip
To use them, rename your current bin/win32 directory to bin/win32-old,
texmf/web2c
to texmf/web2c-old, unzip the archive, rebuild your formats.
I expect that updmap.exe may be the source of problems (not well tested
for the moment).
