I know this is late, Bruce, but here is my setup. It also gets rid of the
extra comma so I get
(Arcus 99, p. 3) instead of (Arcus, 99, p.3):
\setupcite[authoryears][left={(},inbetween={ }, right={)}]
\def\citepage[#1][#2]{%
{%
\setupcite[authoryears][right={, #2)},inbetween={ }]%
\cite[authoryears][#1]%
}%
}
Maybe there's some redundancy here but it works.
