Excuse me if this is well known, but I couldn't find on the manual. I have several questions:
1. How to add an entry to the PDF bookmark? I tried placebookmarks[title,chapter,section] but it doesn't work.
this should come before \starttext
also, it should be preceded by \setupinteraction[state=start]
