as it is right now, protocol.c cannot be redistibute, as it contains 2
conflicting licenses:

I spent some time trying to find what code might be coming from BSD,
however I could not find parts of the code in protocols.c anywhere
else on it. It looks to me that everything in protocols.c is
ntop-style code, which makes me think the BSD header in that file is
some leftover and no longer applies.

However I need an official answer confirming or denying this, please.
