On CentOS 6.x automake-1.13 is not available.
1.11 is the default with these as options:
$ sudo yum list all|grep automake
automake.noarch 1.11.1-4.el6 @base
automake14.noarch 1.4p6-19.2.el6 base
automake15.noarch 1.5-27.el6.1 base
automake16.noarch 1.6.3-18.el6.1 base
I loaded 1.14 but still got the error below.

The 'aclocal' program is part of the GNU Automake package:

It also requires GNU Autoconf, GNU m4 and Perl in order to run:
