Hi all,
I've noted that some of you are complaining about gdbm. I have already
planned to 
1. either fix gdbm
2. replace gdbm with something else

In fact, in some situations gdbm (eg. when there is no space left on
disk) exits (i.e. it calls exit(0)) and then ntop exists too. This is
definitively a bad behaviour.

So, let's polish ntop a bit in order to release a new version soon, and
tackle this problem later.
