Fixed - committing it now...

Basically, I repeated the logic for the 0 and 5 report from 1/6, instead of
trying to be clever and use the .ethernetBytes variable...

Note that there still could be a problem on trafficStats.html, the "Global
Protocol Distribution" calc uses the .ethernetBytes variable and still
doesn't seem to add to 100%, it's just not clear if this is non IP/R(ARP)
traffic or a problem...
