Update various generated files...
configure - from the current (2Jul2002 configure.in) so if you don't run autogen.sh
at least you're in the ball park
aclocal.m4 - update in my tools from 1.4 -> 1.4p5 (RedHat versions) changes the
generated file.
Makefile.in - generated from Makefile.am - pick up the changes so it's a more
reasonable start if you don't run autogen.sh
ltmain.sh - version upgrade from 1.35 to 1.4 - RedHat tools upgrade
config.h.in - a bunch of changes which don't seem to have gotten into this
automatically created (autogen.sh) file... again so the baseline version
is more reasonable...
