Roll ntop version numbers for on-going development.
This means that the "2.1" release #s are:
2.1.0 - 1st release
2.1.2 - Current "2.1" release
(This is the final, planned release of "2.1", unless there is a major problem,
such as a security flaw)
(I've dropped 2.1.1 because of confusion between which was what an my numbering
of 2.1-1 vs. Luca's 2.1.1)
2.1.50 - Start of development towards 2.2
I will shortly create the appropriate tags and branches in the cvs and then
create and upload the 2.1.2 stuff to SourceForge.
