Reworked some data structures (ProtocolInfo, TrafficDistribution, HostTraffic).
Removed -S: it doesn't make sense anymore after RRDs introduction.
Added -C flag: this is a hint for ntop. It tells ntop that the network you're going to
analyze has several hosts hence it (ntop) must be prepared to handle this situation
more efficiently. This is work in progress.
